I am trying to finish my registration but I cant recieve the e-mail. Tried many times and I resend it to michael.daly@stu.fortthomas.kyschools.us but it never works! Dont know what to do but I would really like to use Study Blue.

I recently signed up and when I login a notice at the top tells me to confirm my email address. However, you guys haven't sent me any email to do so. I've checked my spam folder as well as my inbox. And I tried having you guys resend the confirmation email. I still have not received anything. What gives?

A reminder pops up telling me that I need to check my email to complete the sign up process. I have not received any emails from Studyblue, and I checked my inbox and spam folder. Please help! I have many flashcards made, and I do not want to lose them.

How come I have an alert that says I need to verify my email and to look for an email sent from Study Blue in my inbox and I am not getting any emails from Study Blue. I tried three different email addresses that I own and I checked the Spam folders also. Nothing from Study Blue. So how am I supposed to verify my email?

Yesterday I joined StudyBlue, but it still hasn't confirmed my email address. It's strange because I still get emails from StudyBlue (like if someone replied to my idea, etc.) but I never got a confirmation email.
When I first signed up, it sent me a "Welcome" email, but there was nothing to click on to confirm my email address. And so this annoying banner on the top of the website saying, "Bill, please go to to complete the sign in process" won't go away.
It is possible that my email server for my school is blocking the email, but that wouldn't make much sense because I got emails (like I said above) from the address "noreply@studyblue.com."
Did anyone else have this problem? I've waited about 24 hours, maybe it takes some time to send the email out?
