How can I, as teacher, merge all students cards together?
I am a teacher who had each of my 45 students create a studyblue card for our class folder. My vision was to have them all have access to each of the cards. I created a subfolder for all of these cards - but they didn't have access to all of the cards that I had added. If they wanted to review all the cards they had to manually save each of the cards to the class folders. I thought if I did this they wouldn't have to. Is there something I can do that would allow them to skip this step? Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Mrs. Huff,
The best way to share flashcards amongst each other would be to create and connect a class folder for all of your students to join. It sounds like you have done this, correct? Here's an FAQ on how to do so if not.
Any flashcards created within the connected class folder appear in the Materials feed and if students need to save them to their folder rather than just view/study them, they will need to do so deck by deck. Sub-folders created within a class folder do not appear visible to other members of the class since it is a method of organization rather than material itself. Once students have added all the cards to their folder or personally created sub-folder, they can combine all of the items into one merged study session. Check out this FAQ for a walkthrough on how they can do this exactly.
Something that may be more useful would be to have them all contribute a flashcard via a shared Excel spreadsheet (through Google Docs or otherwise). This spreadsheet could them be imported into StudyBlue and would automatically generate a new flashcard deck.
Is any of this helpful?
