My backpack is wack!
My StudyBlue account won't add any classes, and I cannot access the classes that I used to be able to access. Help!

Hi Nicole,
So when trying to add a new class, are you seeing an error message of some sort appear? What happens when you try to click on the class folders in your Backpack? Are you able to access any of your flashcard decks?
Any additional information you could provide would be helpful.

no i don't see an error page at all. the only problem that i am having at this moment is that when i go to my biology class and click on materials and look for skeletal notes they are not there for me to get. i really need them so i can study for a test coming soon because i missed the day we took these notes. so if you could please help me and fiqure out why i cant find the skeletal notes and get it to me fast i would deeply appreciate it a lot.

Hi Nicole,
Do you know that someone in the class added 'Skeletal Notes' to the class folder but you have still been unable to see them? If you click on the 'News' section next to 'Materials' you should see notifications stating when certain material had been added to a class. You should also be able to click on the particular piece of material added. Are you not seeing this in the 'News' feed either?
