Move Button Doesn't Work with Retype as Flashcards Option

Hi, Mandy,

We are not having problems with this from our end. Can you give a little more detail with regards to what you mean by the "card just disappears"? Is the card deleted when you try to move it?

It should appear darkened as you select it to move up and down.

Any additional details you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Oh no it doesn't get deleted, it really disappears from the screen and everything else in the window is still there. And I've tried dragging the card up holding the mouse down but that doesn't do anything. Then I let go of the mouse and it shows me that one card again. And I don't know if I'm supposed to be able to see all my cards when I'm editing them, but it only lets me see the card I'm working on. When I click add card and click the arrow it goes to a blank card. All my other cards are still there.

If you try dragging the card you selected (even if it appears to have disappeared) between two other cards, do you notice the cards separate and make another open space? Try dragging the card towards the bottom of the card you would like it to be placed after and see if a new space appears. When/if that space appears, you should be able to release the card and see it in its new order. I've provided an image below to give you more a visual:

It doesn't do any of that though. It only shows me one card at a time unless I haven't been typing up cards using an uploaded document. Like how you can "retype as flashcards"

In "edit" mode I can click card number and drag it around the screen, but I can't seem to move it from the position in the deck to a different position.
