None of my flashcards are loading!!
Every time I try to open up my flashcards they don't load. If they do, then I can't study them. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Are you experiencing these problems with regards to one particular deck or across the board? Have you tried accessing your cards through an alternative Internet browser (i.e. Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome)? Can you view them as a Review Sheet? You can change this format by going to your Backpack, hovering your mouse over the flashcard deck you would like to study, clicking the downward-facing arrow that appears, and choosing "Study as Review Sheet".
Any additional details you could provide would be appreciated.

I've tried multiple browsers. When I click on certain decks, they don't load, but if they do, then I can't study them. It takes forever to load and it never does. I can still study as a review sheet but that's not what I need. Please fix this soon because I need to study for finals!

Do you think it's because I have too many flashcards? Is there a way for me to split them up into different topics or do I have to do that by hand?? This is extremely frustrating!

How many flashcards do you have per deck? We usually recommend keeping flashcard decks limited to 500 cards (200 cards if mobile studying is preferred). How long has this been going on?

It might be worth trying to reset your Internet browsers and emptying the cache. In Safari, these options can be found under the "Safari" menu. In Google Chrome, this can be done under the "Chrome" menu -> "Clear Browsing Data".

Did you try resetting your browsers as I suggested above? What are the names of the decks giving you trouble? I was able to pull up your "Chapter 3" flashcards for study without any problem.
