Amanda,

Yes, you can move notes from one folder to another. Simply drag the notes up towards the top of the list in the folder and there should be an options saying Move to Backpack. Drop the notes there. They will go to your backpack, and from there you can drag and drop them into the folder you would like them to be in. Let me know if you have any questions.
