Powerpoint Appears Out of Order on Android App

The power points are not in order on the android app. For example, it goes from slide 1 to slide 17 to slide 28. On the top it says front page back. What does that mean?

Hi Mubeen,

What kind of Android device are you using when viewing your powerpoint presentations? What is the name of the particular powerpoint that is skipping from slides 1 to 17 to 28 as you described above?

Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

  In order to determine whether it is in fact our app, which is responsible for scrambling your Powerpoint document or the viewer on your mobile device, we will need a copy of the Powerpoint file. Would you be able to email the file to us via info@studyblue.com?

  I have re sent it! Sorry for the late reply. Also- i noticed that this happens to all the powerpoints. They show up fine on the desktop, but they are out of order on the app

  No worries about the late reply - better late than never, right? I am still not seeing your email come through however. I have checked the 'Spam' folder and everything. Should it be coming from your @alr.edu email address? Do you think the size of the PowerPoint file you are sending could be interfering with the email sending?
