Problem Viewing Decks from Phone on Website

love the app! However, the decks i make on my phone do not show up on the online site.. what can be done about this :-(

Hi Angie,

You should be able to view any decks you create using the mobile app in your Backpack when on the website. What kind of mobile device are you using when creating flashcards through the STUDYBLUE app? Is there a 'Drafts' folder located in your Backpack when viewing your account on the website? If yes, do you notice any of the decks you have been creating on your mobile device inside?

Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
