iPhone App Problems

Edit Subject

The PC version is fine, except for the frequent pause in saving a document, which ultimately requires refreshing the page; but it is the Iphone app which is very frustrating. Hangs up too often. Anyone working on a better version?

Hi Benjamin,

What generation iPhone are you currently using? How much memory is available on your device? Does the app seem to close or slow down when going through particular types of materials (i.e. decks with many images, uploaded PDF files, etc.)? It may be worth closing some of the applications running on your phone at one point in time as well. You can do this by double-clicking the 'Home' button on your iPhone, which will bring up all of the apps currently running. Hold an app icon until they start to wiggle and delete some of them from the queue. Let me know if closing some of these better helps the SB app performance.

Any additional information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using the 4gs version and there is almost 75% free space remaining....but i'll try closing the other apps which are running and see if that makes things better
also, to be more specific, one problem i encounter often is - after i'm done studying a particular deck of flashcards, it takes forever to analyse the results and ultimately never gives the result. I had to go back to the PC to re-do it again and got my result without a hitch..

  I have noticed it more when I study a deck with more than 20 cards, and usually if it contains pictures
