Check your OS version. We support Blackberry OS 4.6+. To check which version you have from your home Blackberry screen, press the Blackberry button on the device. From the main menu, select "Options" or "Settings" and then select "About." Your OS version will be listed as follows: v5.0.0.0. If your version is updated, then try configuring your browser. With the browser open, click the Blackberry device. Select "Options" and then "Browser Configuration." Set the browser to "Internet Browser." The following should be on or checked: "Support Javascript," "Use Background Images," and "Show Images." "Stop Slow Scripts" should be off. "Browser Identification" should be set to Blackberry.

Blackberry application!!! The website does not work on my BB9300. Well, I can log in and see the cards I have made but I cannot study them which is pretty much the whole point, right? But when I access it, the title of the page is called studyblue|touch -- and I don't have a touch phone. Maybe I am somehow winding up on the wrong mobile site and that's why it is not working for me??

Bill,
I have the same phone as you and I am able to access the site. What are you trying to do on your phone? Can you give me the name of the deck/note you are trying to access and I can try and replicate the issue?
Thanks, and sorry for the trouble,

I have applied all of these given changes, but it still doesn't work. Is there any chance I can get it to work?

Blackberry Storm App. I try to use the mobile on my Blackberry Storm 2 and it is glitchy. Generally it does not function. I love study blue, but would like to be able to access my flash cards. I also have tried the mobile set-up you suggested by changing the options under browser configuration.

I can get on to the Study Blue site, but when I click on a set of flashcards, I get an error. I've tried the Opera Mini browser as well , but clicking on the flashcard set just seems to refresh the page.
