It would be helpful to have "post-it notes" for tagging flash cards you want to come back to and edit later in a large deck. For example, in a foreign language, when two or more words are given the same or a similar translation in English in the book, and you would like to ask the teacher about the difference, then modify your cards based on the response.

  • Hi Megan, great idea! We are in the process of adding new features to our flashcards. I will make sure this idea gets put on the list as a possibility. Thanks, Jenny

It would be great to be able to use a tagging system to organize flashcards. For example, in anatomy you may want to study a group of cards about structures in the parietal cavity or the digestive system. In each case, you need the flashcard for the intestines. Rather than making the notecard a dozen times you can tag it for the different groups.

This would also be great to tag cards that you consistently miss/are difficult for you. Being able to more easily collect particular flashcards from decks and within decks would help a great dea.

Tagging is a great idea. I need to be able to build a large set of academic vocabulary over a school year. Vocabulary sets are introduced in separate contexts, and my students will need to eventually review the entire corpus for summative evaluation. There is a need to review, sort and disaggregate the terms and concepts at various times during the year.

happy I’m excited to see new features!
I think it would be great if I could categorize my flashcards within a deck. For instance, I'm doing US History right now and it would be awesome if I could separate the flashcards by tagging them with categories such as "the roaring twenties" or "imperialism" or just "supreme court cases". Thanks!
