I just created a file of about 30 flashcards that are currently unsaved because of a "traffic surge problem" and my page has been inactive for over 13 minutes. What do I do?

Hi Kristina,

Are you able to open a second tab for STUDYBLUE within your browser? If so, do you notice a 'Drafts' folder at the bottom of your Backpack with saved materials inside?
