How do I cancel my subscription or request a refund

How to cancel on the web

If you subscribed through the website, you can cancel from your account profile.  If you wish to have us cancel your account for you, you can reach out via our live chat, or email us at Note that a subscription purchased through the StudyBlue website will renew automatically unless you cancel it.

To cancel your subscription from your profile:

  • Login to and click on your Account page at (Click on your profile icon at the top-right and then select Account from the drop down)
  • Scroll down to "Account Information"
  • Click on "Cancel."
  • When you finish the process, you will be sent a confirmation email and the "Cancel" button will change to "Cancelled." If you do not see this change and this email, it means you have not successfully cancelled  your subscription. See below.

Our Terms of Service indicate that all sales are final. However, we understand that things happen, and we're here to help.  

if you wish to request a refund, please feel free to contact us and we will see if we can make an exception. Just write us at or through the widget on our site. 

App Store (Apple)
