Don’t worry! As long as you’ve saved your cards, we have them.
If you deleted them by accident, we may be able to recover them if you open a support ticket with us. Please be sure to include the title of the deck as well as your login email.
Here are some steps that might help you find your content quickly:
• Make sure you’re logged into the correct account. You might have made your account using Facebook or Google, or even a different email address
• Check your Drafts folder, if it’s visible. If you don’t see it under Classes or Interests, your Drafts folder is empty.
• If these steps don’t help, please contact us. Be sure to include:
- The operating system/app you were using to make the cards. For example. Chrome on Windows, iPhone app, etc.
- Any alternate names or email addresses you may have used.
- The titles of the missing deck(s) and the approximate number of cards.
