If you paid for a subscription but see a Free account, check that you’re on the correct account. Usually, this means logging in with the same email address where you received your purchase receipt. You may have signed up under a personal email, school/work email, or a Google/Facebook account.

For Web purchases - Please provide the last 4 digits of the card being charged and confirm the full cardholder name.
App Store / Play Store - The email address that your receipt went to may or may not be the same as your StudyBlue account. Please send me any login emails you may have used, a copy of your receipt (if you have one), as well as confirming the name on the account. Please be careful, and don’t send your entire credit card number! We only need the last 4 digits and your name.
